Hi, I’m Caroline, a Registered Nutritional Therapist.

My mission is to help women who suffer from hormone-related conditions by teaching them how to change their diet and lifestyle in order to improve their health and well-being.

Why? Because I’ve been there too.

A few years ago, when my period suddenly stopped after coming off “the Pill”, I was desperate to find support and answers on how to heal my cycle naturally. This is when I was introduced to nutritional therapy for the first time and it truly opened my eyes.

“I found Caroline Deleamont via a Google search seeking some expert dietician help following a health scare.

Caroline is so easy to talk to and I have found her manner nothing but positive and encouraging. Caroline has taught me a different way to approach food, understanding the values of foods, the necessity of eating enough protein, whilst reducing carbohydrates and not eating them at the beginning of a meal or at the start of the day, increased vegetable intake, the use of vinegar and the benefits of introducing fermented foods into my diet.

To date I have achieved significant but sustainable weight loss, and I feel well on the way and positive. No longer do I have doubts and feelings of guilt, and my self-confidence has increased immeasurably as a result. I cannot thank Caroline enough for what has been and continues to be a life-changing experience.”

“Caroline’s programme provided me with valuable insights for a holistic health approach. Rather than restricting you, the programme supports a balanced nutrition, setting in the basics of healthy eating while providing you with a variety of ingredients easily accessible to the Londoner (in my case).

Caroline took the time to know me and to understand the challenges of my daily routine, which enabled us to build a programme around food and other health aspects (good sleep, activity, etc) that could easily be implemented.

I was thrilled with the end result, which provided me with long-lasting health habits and key reminders to help me get back on track when needed.”

“Caroline a été aux petits soins tout au long du suivi, elle s’est montrée très à l’écoute et bienveillante. J’ai apprécié ses compétences de nutritionniste mais aussi ses conseils pratiques dans le quotidien. J’ai retrouvé l’envie de cuisiner des mets simples et sains grâce à ses nombreuses recettes fournies avec le protocole. Je la recommande vivement !”

“I got in touch with Caroline as I was struggling to lose my pregnancy weight 4 months after birth. From the initial consultation where Caroline took a 360 view of my lifestyle, habits etc. to the diagnostic and personalised plan – Caroline was super helpful and lovely to work with. Her plan was easy to follow allowing me to reach my goal and feel better overall! Highly recommend.”

“I contacted Caroline after being diagnosed with PCOS. Most traditional approaches would prescribe tablets to regularise periods without going to the root cause. It is especially counterproductive if your goal is to grow your family. I knew there was a different approach and Caroline was more than helpful to guide me through the process.

We had several chats and a very detailed 1:1 Zoom call. After that, Caroline put together a proposal for a balanced food plan that would align with my goals. She also suggested a vitamin regime that would help regularise hormones and get everything in balance again. Having all this information really empowered me to get a hold of my health but also get to know my body best.

Caroline is incredibly professional and detailed in her approach. She is a great listener and offers a wide variety of alternatives that support your lifestyle.”

“I would highly recommend working with Caroline. She personalised her service to what I needed and taught me tips that I can use every day. She really cares and is 100% committed!”

“I have been diagnosed with PCOS a few years ago. Having irregular cycles, mood swings and loss in confidence, Gynaecologist recommended me to start a contraception which I was totally against.

When I met Caroline, she explained how she got into nutritional therapy and this was quite similar to my story. Something inside of me just clicked. I knew I had met the best person to help me.

Even though I always ate healthy, there was at the end a whole bunch of missing ingredients and nutrients in my nutrition. She made me realise a few things (work and personal life related) and we went through protocoles together.

She has been attentive to my lifestyle and offered an adapted plan. I followed her tips/advices and after 2 months of protocole, I finally got my periods after 7 months of disappearance. I am now just about to have them again and I am very happy and proud of the work we have done together.

This work brought me confidence and relief!

    Thank you Caroline! ✨”
